That was when we, Petar and Mihail, set a clear mission: to create the place that was missing from the Bulgarian cycling scene.

A platform where people who share our passion for cycling could buy and sell bikes and parts easily, quickly, and completely free of charge.

No chaos, no lost listings, no inadequate filters - just a clear structure built specifically for cyclists.

After months of late-night work, countless tests, and constant improvements, Nameri.Bike became a reality.

This made it the first fully free platform for buying and selling bikes and parts in Bulgaria.

Over the following months, the project started growing fast. The platform evolved, listings reached the thousands, and hundreds of people found their dream bike or sold their old one.

During this period, we also continued supporting the local bike scene with tools and hands-on field work: building new features, maintaining trails, and clearing routes.

In parallel with this growth, infrastructure costs also started to rise as the platform reached tens of thousands of listing views per day.

As traffic and costs increased, we faced two choices: make listings paid and limit access to the platform, or find a sustainable model that would preserve our core idea.

We chose the second option.

We started building something bigger than a marketplace. We created our own online shop to offer carefully selected new bikes, parts, and accessories from trusted brands and distributors.

After another six months of development, partner selection, and building the new structure, we reached the place you are in now.

With Nameri.Bike Shop, you are not just buying a product. You are supporting the idea behind the entire platform.

Our core goal is to keep Nameri.Bike a free and safe platform for trading bikes and parts while helping connect and grow the cycling community, and to generate capital that we can reinvest back into the Balkan bike community.

Through Nameri.Bike Shop, we reinvest back into the scene - supporting local trail initiatives and creating more visibility and opportunities for young riders who do not have access to the best trails and bikes. We believe in a better future for every biker, from road cycling to gravity racing.
